I started listening to fusion jazz when I was younger but when I saw Senri play on drums, That just amplified my love for fusion jazz even more since Senri is the most outstanding and best drummer I have ever heard.

@@sastal Think what you want . i'm sorry but i played with many drummers since the 70's and I've never heard a drummer who comes close to Colaiuta, the technique is not an end in itself, and whatever you say Senri outclasses all those you mention. i play bass since 1974.
@@zorglubduvar, I was actually here to comment on the young lady, as you compared her to Colaiuta. Suddenly it became a matter of Colaiuta versus Donati. To say drummers like Virgil Donati are a dime a dozen is a ridiculous statement. I was not knocking on Colaiuta.

Listening to Wupatki took me right back to Return to Forever with Chick Corea on the synth, Stanley Clarke on Bass and Lenny White on drums. Such tight playing and Senri...I have no words, especially on Blue Rondo. How to keep that time signature. First time I have heard it played.
